Managing multiple projects with the same vendors or subcontractors? Our new Purchasing Multi-Document Conversion feature lets you combine lines from different POs or receipts into a single invoice. This creates a single AP bill that perfectly matches your vendor’s invoice, simplifying the billing and payment process and reducing administrative overhead.

Easy joint payment processing

Further more, the Joint Checks for Construction feature streamlines joint payment processing. Simply add joint payees to AP bills, allocate amounts, then create joint checks. You can track joint check payees historical data for accountability and transparency.

Sage Intacct Kanso Connector

Beyond these new features, introducing the Sage Intacct Kanso Connector, a comprehensive suite of housing management solutions tailored for public housing, native communities, and supportive housing. This integration is available for Early Adopters in the U.S.

Enhanced access for project managers

Lastly, the new  Construction Manager User Type allows construction project managers to access Sage Intacct Construction and Sage Construction Management. This provides them with the same permissions and access as the Project Manager user type for Projects, Time and Expense, Purchasing, and Order Entry.
