Utilizing information from the original bill document, the vendor information record, and previous bills, bill details are automatically filled in for you.
All you need to do is review the draft bills, make any necessary coding changes, and then submit them for approval or post them. It’s that easy. Any problems found during the analysis of the bills, such as a duplicate bill submission, an absence of a vendor match, or an issue with the file format, are provided allowing the user to fix them before publishing.
