CoStaff Services was founded in the year 2000 and today is one of Michigan’s largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), servicing clients throughout southeast Michigan, across the state and around the country. End of Life Support
CoStaff's accounting system was unable to integrate with their core payroll and HR software, and the accounts receivable functionality was really holding back their accounting department. On top of that, their accounting software was about to lose support from the developer. These roadblocks were causing CoStaff to waste hours a week on manual entry between separate systems with the hope that the information entered into both matched up.

Using AVT Connect, their consultants were able to automate CoStaff’s cost and liability journal entries. The old process of manually downloading them from Prism and importing them was laborious but now happens with no intervention.
One of the biggest wins was the integration of their Accounts Receivable system. With the ability to tie into Sage Intacct, the accounting team can enter their invoices in their AR system and have it automatically post to their accounting solution. This is a major time saver for CoStaff, saving them hours a week.
